Curriculum vitae

Cristina took the bachelor degree in Toxicology in 2015 and the master degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2017 at the University of Cagliari. After graduation, she spent four months in the University of Aveiro (Portugal) thanks to the Erasmus + program in order to improve her knowledge about mass spectrometry, with proteomic and lipidomic approaches. After this abroad experience, she joined the Industrial Liaison Office of the University of Cagliari where she acquired skills about patents, knowledge transfer and third mission.

She is currently a Ph.D student in Life, Environmental and Drugs Sciences (Biomedical Curriculum) under the supervision of Prof. Tiziana Cabras, with a project focused on the study of the proteome/peptidome of biofluids, cell and tissue extracts for the characterization of potential disease biomarkers and bioactive peptides.
